At Sierra SOS our CQC classes cover, not only the skills you will need if faced with a violent confrontation, but the awareness training to prevent yourself from being ambushed in the first place!
Our society has become notorious for their bad diet and lack of exercise. The ULTIMATE WEAPON in any bad situationhas always been a properly
trained and conditioned HUMAN BODY! You can go from someone's prey to a predator's worst nightmare in a short period of time with our training. From day one you will learn, falling techniques and escapes from holds, grabs and chokes. Knowing HOW TO SURVIVE an AMBUSH or KNOCKDOWN and getting back up to fight or escape is the SINGLE most important skill you can possess!!!

Classes also include knife, stick and gun training. Students will learn to use many improvised weapons obtained from the area around them. You will learn to defend yourself in hallways,autos and offices in the comfort of our Indoor Tactical Facility in Placerville, CA..

This class will cover the physical and mental skills EVERY woman needs to know to survive a physical or sexual assualt. You will also discover that "You have THE POWER to FIGHT BACK and YOU CAN WIN" You will learn: awareness skills in and around your home-office-vehicle or on the street, how to fall, the "Big Eight" Attacks that are always available, ground escapes, what to do when facing an armed assailant, how to escape chokes and other holds, devastating strikes with your body that can bring down the biggest scumbag, and OF COURSE, you will get to fight against "BAD BOB" our fully padded assailant in real life scenario's.

Each hour and a half class is divided into three sections:
Boot Camp Fitness: a series of whole body exercises used by many Special Forces
and Navy Seal Teams as their daily routine.
Cardio Combat: 15 stations of 1-1/2 minute rounds with 30-second rest periods.
You will learn MMA, Muay-Thai and Jui-Jitsu strikes, kicks and ground-n-pound techniques.
Families can get some quality time and team building together also!
